In the 1970's, our family had a little red cabin in the woods. Cousin Bud Jacques and his wife Nancy brought their three children to the lake for swimming, fishing, boating and LOTS of FUN and Good FOOD!
These pumpkin bars are so good - lots of great memories!
Nancy Jacques' Pumpkin Bar Recipe
4 eggs beaten
1 1/2 cup oil
1 1/2 cup pumpkin
1 tsp. vanilla
2 cups sugar
2 tsp. soda
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
2 1/2 cups flour
Bake at 350 degrees Fahrenheit
30 to 35 minutes
Yum! I've actually had pumpkin bars and the recipe looks the same. They are scrumptious!
